Résumé : |
This paper explores the employment experiences of one of the authors (KP). It 15 argued that although much has been learned in supporting people with Asperger’s syndrome in the workplace (Howlin et al, 2005), almost none of this evidence has impacted upon new government social policy directives in this area. An opportunity to engage with research evidence to support the development of new government policy in supporting disabled people to return to work has been missed. |
