This is the first paper in the Journal in which we have focused solely on the use of puppets. The reactions and engagement of the pupils is well illustrated and the potential for having fun, developing skills and working through difficult times and particular sensory challenges is clear. Advice s given on the principles to follow and ideas on a start-up kit for those staff, parents and carers who want to try using puppets at school and at home. |
