This comprehensive reference provides an integrative treatment of the biochemistry of neurotransmission, behavioral pharmacology, and clinical aspects of psychiatric problems including depression, manic-depression, and mood disorders. The editor concludes with a perspective on the future of the field and prospects for understanding and effectively treating mood and anxiety disorders. |
