Eosinophilic esophagitis (EE) is a chronic inflammatory disorder manifesting itself predominantly in reflux-type symptoms that do not respond to standard anti-reflux pharmacotherapy. Here we report the first case of EE in an autistic patient with feeding difficulties caused by exacerbated EE symptoms.
