Le diagnostic de ces troubles nécessite la mise en oeuvre de compétences pluridisciplinaires sur le terrain, ainsi que la mise en place d’un projet de soins adapté. Les réseaux de santé associent un ensemble de partenaires, professionnels de santé libéraux, impliqués et mobilisés autour de cette même thématique, dont l’action est coordonnée, pilotée et concertée, ainsi apte à mieux identifier les enfants présentant un tel trouble, et à faciliter la mise en oeuvre d’un projet de soins et d’accompagnement. Sur le Rhône, la conception d’un réseau de soins (Dys/l 0) découle de cette double observation et vise à développer le partenariat entre les différents acteurs du paysage sanitaire et médico-social gravitant autour de l’enfant, en offrant des outils de concertation, plaçant le patient au coeur de cette préoccupation.
